Important Pickup Information: It is the responsibility of the BUYER to bring all necessary boxes, packing materials, equipment, manpower, and vehicular space to retrieve their items.
Shipping and Delivery: Local delivery and long-distance shipping are available for most items. Please contact Keith at montreal@sellmystuffcanada.com, or 514-838-0676, in order to coordinate this service. Additional fees will apply. We package the items ourselves and ship via Canada Post, unless otherwise requested by the Buyer. Fragile items cannot be insured.
Buying Note: As this is a content sale, we typically have only 1 of each item to sell. When using our online system, the program will allow you to add an item in your cart, but will not guarantee the purchase until it is paid for at checkout. An item is only guaranteed when you have confirmation of payment after clicking the "purchase" button.
Unless your item requires more than one person to carry it, we will be happy to deliver it to you at the front door of the residence or to bring it to your car. Simply call or text the number provided on your receipt confirmation. We typically will NOT pack items for shipping nor transportation; it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure protection once we have handed the purchase over.
GENERAL TERMS & PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS
Ø Please ensure you bring adequate manpower, equipment, and vehicle space to retrieve your items. Dimensions are provided in item description for larger pieces.
Ø If you are unable to pick up your item(s) at the designated day and time, and have not made prior arrangements, your purchase(s) may be forfeit.
Ø Be cognizant when entering someone else’s property, and take appropriate care. Be advised you are also entering at your own risk.
Ø You should receive an automated Shopify Order Confirmation within a few minutes of completing your purchase. If you do not, it is your responsibility to contact us to investigate.
Ø In some cases, you may be able to make additional purchases – in cash – during the pickup of your purchases. This is at the discretion of our Client.
SALES TAXES
We are required by law to collect (and to pay) the GST/QST in our Shopify store.

Please be aware that despite this possibility, all purchases made through our online store are final and made sight-unseen. Sell My Stuff will not be held responsible for any damages to items occurring during transit, or for any damages/injuries caused by purchased items once removed from, or during removal from, the property.
